General Information: AMA PRA Category 1 CME Credits™

• Newsletters: Each issue of The Carlat Psychiatry Report (TCPR), The Carlat Child Psychiatry Report (CCPR), The Carlat Addiction Treatment Report (CATR), and The Carlat Hospital Psychiatry Report (CHPR) provides: a maximum of one (1) AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ and a maximum of one (1) CE credit for single issues and two (2) AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ and two (2) CE credits for double issues. All AMA PRA Category 1 CME Credits™ earned through the newsletters are also approved by the ANCC for recertification. • Books: Each of Carlat Publishing’s reference books and treatment guides has been approved by the ACCME and ANCC to provide a designated number of credits depending on the length and complexity of each book. General Information: ABPN Self-Assessment Courses
The Carlat CME Institute offers a variety ABPN Self-Assessment Courses for maintenance of certification. Those courses are made up of these elements:

• One calendar year of The Carlat Psychiatry Report (TCPR) (12 issues), The Carlat Child Psychiatry Report (CCPR) (6 issues), or The Carlat Addiction Treatment Report (CATR) (6 issues)

• One of Carlat Publishing’s reference books or treatment guides

Depending on the contents of the course, learners can earn up to 8 Self-Assessment Credits and up to 24 CME credits upon completion. Some courses only include a year of newsletters without a book. Those courses offer learners 4 Self-Assessment Credits and 8 CME credits. Select and enroll in courses here.
