Here’s some of the most common questions we get. Choose one to expand and view the answer.

I'm a longtime subscriber, how do I login to the new site?

For security reasons, we weren’t able to transfer your old password when we upgraded the website. You can reset it by submitting your email address here. You may also know your username from the old site, but it’s best to use your email because if you input an email we don’t have in our system website will let you know with an error report saying “invalid username or email.” That way you won’t spend time waiting for instructions that will never arrive in your inbox.

Once you submit your email successfully the website will let you know your instructions are on the way. If you have a gmail account we recommend checking your “promotions” folder. Other email servers may get the email in their spam filter. It should arrive immediately, but sometimes it can take 10 minutes to arrive.

If your password reset email never shows up, or if none of the email addresses you work in the form, please use the contact us form to let us know your first and last name. We will get you up and running as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience!
