Can parents impact teen sleep in a helpful manner? Teens are notorious for staying up late and having trouble getting up in the morning. We are often asked to opine on this problem. This research review looks at the effect of such intervention, including the consideration of the difference between a ‘significant finding’ and one that is clinically meaningful.
