Child psychiatrists typically receive one or two lectures on eating disorders during fellowship, then it’s out into the world to practice. Yet eating disorders are frequent in our clinical populations. This issue helps you to address weight stigma, bulimic symptoms, weight gain with antipsychotic treatment, and the relatively new Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder aka ARFID.
